The manager name Daniel was so accommodating and so very polite as well as other assistant.
The lock of the door cant open from the inside, the team felt un easy, because of safety. After a little while OYO Staff fix the problem.

Cleanliness
No elevator. The location is good, but the street is too narrow and crowded. I opted for 2 queen bed bedroom for family, but they gave me a bunk bed, which I hate.

At checkout we were not able to leave our baggage/stuff because of “accomodation policy”. We needed to rent an additional room for couple of hours

Pleasant
The room was comfortable, the staff were helpful.
The area was terrible, and I had my necklace stolen the first time I went out. Not the hotel's fault, though. The window was broken and wouldn't close, and the neighbours dog barked during the night.
